I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. We’ve always found the owners of the park to be most helpful and accommodating. This is a very large park and they put in endless hours maintaining its appearance — a monumental task. This is our second year at Grenville Park and we would recommend it to anyone. We have never had any issues around our grandchildren visiting us at the park. They were made VERY welcome.
