As a general contractor, I have used Matt as a plumbing sub-contractor on a number of projects. He provides great service in a timely fashion, and always delivers excellent results. He is quick to respond when needed, and very fair in his pricing. I wouldnt think of calling any one else for all of my plumbing projects!

He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. Dean showed up the next morning after I called him about my bricks falling off the roof from my recording studio ( I was afraid the mailman , paperboy and girl scout cookie salesgirl would get hit. I had to run out gave him the green light right away and when I came home the chimney was temporarily secured ( phew ) within the next day it had been completely rebuilt , mostly using what was there with some new improvements, which was good because I did have water damage before. Very Happy!!

We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

Let's say the only true thing about the clinic, they actually care, Dr. Po-cock is one of the best doctors left practicing here in Victoria.
