Okay, we were completely and thoroughly amazed by the customer service, the friendly staff and the immpecable rooms and grounds. Not only was this place a wee bit more expensive than perhaps the other hotels in Salmon Arm, but hands down, it was worth every penny and I would stay ONLY here when I come now in the Summer. Seriously, whoever designed this place should get an award. The grounds and pools are the kind you find in a 5 star resort in the Mayan Riveriera...go here, you will not regret it. Absolutely perfect.

One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. I would love to write more space will not allow. RIH should be proud to have all of you on their staff. You are caring with only the patients best interest at heart. Thank

A family member needed a good gaming computer back in 2009. Josto recommended parts, ordered those they didn't have and assembled everything into what they then said was the fastest computer they'd ever had in the store. We still have it and it continues to be a fine performer, although no longer top end. A few parts have been swapped but on the whole the same box. Good advice, good recommendations and a good build.

He cares enough to steer patients clear of using drugs to 'cure'. Psychiatrists can't fix mental illness, the patient has to do their part and not expect a quick fix. Dr. Chale's commitment to each and every patient is inspiring. A year into my therapy and I'm 100% better, and have 100% further to go but feel I can do it with Dr. Chale behind me.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 11 year anniversary. We both agree that the time we spent with David was super helpful in getting us back on track and working together again. David's insight and encouragement, coupled with a sense of humor gave us the trust we needed to work successfully with him and relate to each other. After my husband passed away I had a number of difficult and upsetting problems with BMO not releasing our safety deposit box and some funds. Ms. Ashley Ricalton was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. She did get the safety deposit box and cash back without going to probate saving me a great deal of money. She has since helped me with my own estate planning so that my kids won't have to go through what I did.

Last spring was the first time I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna, and forgot to fill up on fuel before getting on the Coquihalla. Of course we ran out of gas on the most treacherous stretch of the hwy without service. We are so extremely grateful to Richard Umpherville from VSA for saving us! Have been meaning to spread the good word about this company for some time. Amazing service, polite, helpful, refused payment. 100% recommend calling these guys in time of need. Thanks again Richard.

I broke the screw that holds the lens in place. Ken recommended a jeweller to remove the buried broken screw. The jeweller removed the remnant and Ken provided a new screw. No charge! I insisted on a tip! I can see again. Thank you Ken.

The store may be called the Wine Shoppe, but the funny thing is, they have the best selection of tea in Kamloops and really should be called the Tea and Wine Shoppe. Just like the tea shop in Courtenay BC, they have a brewed pot of tea to try, and you can smell any kind. I am very impressed with this store and I recommend it to all tea lovers or even just people interested in trying a new flavor or getting some amazing green tea. They also order in for you from the Courtenay tea shop. What great customer service.

This is the greatest little flower shop! I've stopped in a couple of times when I am in Salmon Arm and found them to be helpful and have a nice selection of quality flowers for all price points. I called this morning because I really needed a special bouquet delivered - they went above and beyond - even calling back to let me know where things were at. This is why people love small towns! Andrea and her Mom are the best.
