My sister died suddenly, and I have never done the cremation process before. Paula who was my contact made it meaningfull and not painfull she was very kind and explained everything in regards to forms and the actual viewing and identification she made it ok. I was very appreciative and went away feeling I had done what my sister has asked for. I would highly recommend Highland Hills to my friends in a time where there is extreme stress and sadness of the loss of a friend or family member.

I attended a visitation for a close friend who had passed away. I was impressed with the facilities which were modern and clean. The staff were professional and kind. The funeral director who prepared my friend for viewing did an excellent job as he looked so good and that brought back memories to the days when he was well and we had fun. Overall they did a great job and provided compassionate service in a spotless environment.

This bussiness is 'first' class.I've had the unfortunate passing of my mom during the holidays. Just wanted to thank these guys for taking a great care of my dad's funeral. Me and my mom have zero experience with dealing with these kind of situations. They took care of absolutely everything. They gave lots of good suggestions and advises, and were very professional. I had a couple of break downs, and they have handled it very well. Professional and compassionate service. Thanks to Stephen (manager) and the rest of the stuff for being there for us.

Today we had the funeral for my brother Frank he was only 64 years old. I’d like to send off a special thank you to Pamela and her staff for guiding us through this difficult time. We had so many questions and she and the staff were always so nice to us at all times when we called or emailed. The service today was beautiful.

The staff are courteous and gentle in their suggestions. There is absolutely no pressure to spend more money than you wish. The cost of the service is given in the first interview. The funeral home itself is gracious and quiet and there is parking beside it. I have been involved in a couple of personal bereavements and I always felt a sense of support.
