A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!
And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue

As a general contractor, I have used Matt as a plumbing sub-contractor on a number of projects. He provides great service in a timely fashion, and always delivers excellent results. He is quick to respond when needed, and very fair in his pricing. I wouldnt think of calling any one else for all of my plumbing projects!

Couldn’t be happier with GVC plumbing, Paul and his crew did a fantastic job.. they had to re plumb all of our downstairs bathroom to code.. plus install a 60G hot water tank into a very limited space closet.. they were fast, efficient, and all have great attitudes.. John's amazing! He's very kind, patient at listening, empathetic, and accommodating. He's incredibly experienced at his trade - he was so efficient when upgrading the faucet and shower. He's very kind - he came one day and waited and rang the bell twice & I was on a meeting and forgot he was supposed to come; he had full understanding. Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday. I cannot recommend Black’s Plumbing highly enough. After making several emergency calls to various plumbing companies claiming to offer emergency services only to be told there was no one available for days, Jeff came to our rescue to repair a broken water pipe within a half hour at great inconvenience to himself on a stat holiday. He is hugely skilled, knowledgeable, kind, and a consummate professional. His rates are extremely reasonable as well.

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.
