The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well. The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90. The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there). I agree that is hard to find a really professional moving company which is affordable at the same time. I've searched lots of moving companies Burlington and came across this one. Their office manager impressed me with his knowledge and great professional approach. HE was super nice and caring, and provided us with great residential movers, truck and all needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced.
