Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. I purchased new tires and got wheel alignment from Fountain Tire in Edmonton. I was not happy with service and treatment I received when I asked questions about the wheel alignment. Turned out the wheel alignment was was off and vehicle wondered to the left on highway. I took my vehicle to Drayton Valley Fountain Tire to check the wheel alignment and they found the undercarriage was off. They realigned the undercarriage & fixed the wheel alignment, at no charge.
