I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

We hired the Royz Band for our wedding last summer and they were amazing! Not only in their performance on the day of, which our guests raved about, but for months leading up to the wedding as well. Heather was our unofficial wedding planner. She helped me schedule the whole day, thoughtfully considering the music to accompany each part. When we had a last minute venue change and torrential downpour, Heather was accommodating and extremely helpful.

I found Jon online after trying several other mechanics in the aurora area. He's a great guy, explains complex problems in a way that I can understand as I know nothing about cars. I have been dealing with Roland at Rust Check for many years. He is also an amazing mechanic and can fix any car. He is also honest and very kind. He genuinely likes to help people and has helped me on many occasions. My car overheated in Port Perry and CAA had it towed for me all the way from Port to Scarborough and the tow truck driver even knew Roland from their younger days. He had nothing but great things to say too.

Another one of the hidden finds in the city. A good selection of healthy foods as well as snacks that are freshly home made. Menu includes Mediterranean rice, salads, pasta, wraps, shawarma and burritos and quesadillas. The ingredients are all fresh tasting. Great service. Highly recommended.

As great as the setting is for watching sports, for me the food and beer selection are the heroes.
The "wing king" chef earns his title, and the range of beers wipes the floor with Bier Markt.
Yes, it's busy on game nights. Might have something to do with being situated next to the ACC, and a stones-throw away from the Dome.
