Phenomenal service. I needed a same-day engraving done. I asked every other shop in the mall if they could do it-to no avail. Walked into X-Press, first, greeted with the warmest staff / owner. Explained my situation.The owner called her daughter who was busy at home to see if she would come to the store that day to do an engraving on a silver cross. Within 1 hour the job was done! Exquisite work,and phenomenal service provided. That is what you get with a family run business exemplary service

Both of my eyes had cataracts for a few years and referred to Dr. Nixon for operation treatment. After waiting for less than a year I got both of my eyes fixed. My both eyes are 2.0 now ! I have had a number of repairs done at R & R. I have been more than impressed by quality of the work provided by Roger and his support staff. The shop may look a little old on the exterior, but it is not the shop that draws people to R & R. It is the quality and attention to detail provided by the staff.
