Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. I am selling my house and accidentally broke the front glass on my fireplace while moving furniture. I brought the glass to The Stove Store in spencerville hoping that I could get it repaired. Due to COVID there was going to be over 2 months to get a replacement. The lad at the counter said he could cut a new piece and have the door ready for the next day.
