I was helped by Devlyn in choosing a walking stick. She was efficient, thoughtful and had a good sense of humour. Took time explain how to adjust the cane, walk with it and answered my questions regarding other products in the shop. I was grateful for her empathy and kindness. Anita

My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. Paul Menezes did everything he could to make our purchase not only comfortable but successful. And Paul, thanks for coming in on your day off. The rental department service was fast, efficient and had everything I needed. Their brand new facility is absolutely beautiful and they have tons of inventory. I had no idea they had over 1600 pieces onsite with custom manufacturing options and parts and service for public use. Highly recommend if looking for a piece of equipment that needs to be customized for the job with fast turn around.
