This is a great resort. I have stayed here multiple times over the years for both work and personal. The log cabins are cute and remote which makes it very relaxing. The property is very kid friendly, but also caters to adults through the Grotto. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a weekend away. Check out prices online as you can usually find some great deals.

It was a totally decent place, everyone was really friendly. We were travelling (moving) with cats and I smuggled my kitties in and they kind of turned a blind eye. Besides that everything was clean and professional. You always know what to expect with this chain - reasonable price, clean, everything works. I'd stay here again if I had to stay in Nanaimo and just wanted a good place to sleep (as opposed to a Bed and Breakfast or something).

My Stylist LISTENED to me, and helped me plan out a look that would suit my lifestyle and a hair style with longevity. My stylist also took the time to show my how to apply products AND how to achieve the SAME styled hair on my own. I’ve never had such a catered experience.
