Okay, so we all know that moving is definitely high up there on the stressful experiences list! I used On Your Mark to move from Vancouver Island out to Alberta, and they were absolutely fantastic! Every step of the process was easy and pleasant, from front end organizing (thank you Sasha!), the move itself (thank you Mark!) to the follow up after delivery. Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store Lire plus

When we purchased our Mazda the dealership told us there were "All Season" tires on the vehcile. As soon as the snow hit we found out very quickly that they were definitely not all seasons. When we started calling around we found out that they were infact a high performance Summer Tire - we definitely need winter tires - as we were sliding in less then an inch of snow. We had such a hard time finding snow tires for a Mazda - because it was a sports model - the rim size was not the average. This location was sooo helpful with tracking down what we needed and getting us in quickly. There was a huge snow storm last year - and we are sooo thankful that we went there and got those tires - I don't think we would have had an accident Free winter without them. Lire plus

What an incredible experience this whole move was. I was last minute in calling in need of movers and they accommodated to the exact dates i needed. After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too.
