Friendly staff that always greets you with smiles. Anna is amazing. Her free hand designs always get me compliments and asked where I get my nails done. My mom and I have never had a bad experience here. We're always offered water and green tea. My mom doesn't have the best mobility and the staff is always willing to help her.

Walked in this morning around 8:30, no appointment, Xrays done by 9 am, at home by 9:30. Nice customer service. Now waiting for our family doctor to get the 4 Xrays or Radiologists review. Not sure how long that will will. Called family doctor - they don't have the info yet (10:15 am) but all the images are online - so it should go quickly. Pretty sure bone is broken.

Staff are welcoming, courteous and pleasant. Facilities are exceptionally clean, questions are answered clearly and Joseph's expertise is superb! He listens precisely to what the client has to say, and his workmanship is so natural, even close friends and relatives do not know one has undergone denture work/replacements. This is where I do all my grocery shopping, although watch out, they sometimes check out the cars to make sure they are shoppers there. I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I don't like going and when I do, my anxiety goes through the roof. I need to be frozen, sedated, whatever it takes for me not to feel a thing. Well today was an experience that I wont forget. Dr Hicks & Dee are absolutely terrific. I was treated like gold, very patient, kind and I didn't even need freezing. Anima Plus Montee Paiement has always been our go-to vet for our pets. But lately, they took exceptional care of our little angel on her last few days with dedication and dignity. To see this beautiful team work overtime so our cat would have a chance to make it out alive was very comforting to see. They kept us up updated every few hours on her state, brainstormed together and tried everything to save her.
From the beginning to the end, they showered our little Mia with love and care and we are forever grateful of their stellar work.
