The customer service team of Mr Printer and Mr Sign is outstanding. They accommodated my urgent-same day order and delivered it on time. Robin, the Customer Service Representative/Graphic Designer, was very helpful and gave me a call to suggest better ways to print the items. He was also easy to contact throughout the day by email and phone. Nandy did a great job with the delivery coordination. We have just started working with her company, but the first project was a complete redesign of our brochure which took many phone calls, emails and remote sessions. Needed replacements for 2 rectractible awnings we bought approx 12 - 13 years ago from Home Depot, Belleville. The frames are still efficient but H.D. were only interested in selling us new frames with awnings.
