Once again got to enjoy an amazing experience here. The ladies are fantastic and super clean taking the proper procedures for Covid. I came right before the last shit down and told them it was so good id be bringing people to them for business. We both had a fantastic time and appreciate it As working in health care it’s so nice to be taking of top notch. Will be back once shine . Thank you ladies. It was so appreciated. I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

My husband and I visit here nearly every day to ship packages for our business - everyone is always so lovely to talk to and helpful! They’ve come to recognize us and we are always greeted with a smile! The building is clean, has all the pharmacy needs filled and even has a great selection of grocery store items! I always enjoy the seasonal displays - they do a really good job!

I couldn't disagree with Ricky more. Perhaps things have changed over the past three or so years, but all staff at this Recall are always courteous and the pharmacy staff especially are not only friendly but extremely knowledgable.
I've never had to wait an undue amount for a prescription to be filled, and I've never been treated less than exceptionally well.
(And no, I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone who does. It's simply a well-run business).

I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

My son was recently incarcerated at the Edmonton Remand center. He has some prescriptions due to neuropathy in his leg (as he lost his femur), his foot has a huge bunion on it and is twisting outward. He also suffers from ADHD. When he saw the Doctor at the remand center he was informed he had no prescriptions which was not the case. I called Lynn Rideout his lawyer to tell her he was in a state of withdrawl from his medications and within that same day he was permitted to receive his meds!
