I can always talk directly to him about my car rather than having to explain to some one at a front desk. No middle man. oil change and servicing are thourough, and are reasonably priced. Simply put these guys are exceptional and reconnected my electrical service entrance when Hydro left us in the dark and cold at the end of Feb 2017 (tree cutting crew saw that that the utility wire was lying on the roof and immediately pulled our meter). They had us reconnected in what had to be record time and a full day under the time they predicted and within the budget they originally provided.
