Wheel Depot gets 5 stars from me because they met and exceeded my expectations during the busy winter tire season when Costco and Canadian Tire let me down. I'll always to back to the Wheel Depot for tires and rims.

No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.

I went to Capital Home Medical Equipment for my CPAP therapy. They are excellent and would recommend for anyone in the Kanata and Ottawa area. The staff were very helpful and got me the best CPAP machine, equipment, and accessories in the market completely covered.

I visited this location to pick up glasses ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Things had changed since. Not sure where to start, I tried to get to the carts which were behind a line up of patrons pushing carts. Blessed be the bearded patron who yelled at me not to get near him. Poor soul, you must have been very scared but just remember buddy that everybody is scared! Blessed be the lady in the optical department, you were such an angel I was nearly in tears. You made up for him. Thank you.

I have been shopping at Bushtukah for probably 10+ years. Always had friendly staff, who were generally pretty knowledgeable, too. If they didn't have an answer, they would find someone who did.
There prices are good, and often have 'specials'. They will bring in a whole pile of a certain product and put a great price on it. So if I needed to buy a tent, sleeping bag, stove, etc. they would usually have at least 1 good quality product at a great price. It is because of this that I tend to find better pricing at Bushtukah than at other stores in the area.

I call Tuesday morning at 8:00, for appointement for my ATV . The service advisor told me to bringing in, and they will look at it same day. I drop my Wildcat at 9:00 am, received an email at 9:10 explaining the work order, got a call at 10:30 am that my Wildcat is ready. Good and fast respond to the Rockland Wheels Team. They were honest, upfront, and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend their services!! They also care about the customer! These guys are awesome. Plus, you can browse or go have a coffee in the mall while you wait! Very convenient too. I would definitely go back! Very happy with their services.

They accidently put the wrong tires on my truck, but only noticed when it was time to pay. They ended up charging me what they quoted me in the first place. Saved me $75 from what it should have costed, got a little better tire and left a happy customer. Recommended. I will be a return customer in the future. ;)
