Richard and his team did an outstanding job replacing failing brick and mortar on our century home. Richard is professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the best selection of bricks to make our home look authentic to the period and existing colour palette. Richard and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were responsive to any concerns and questions we had. They also carefully cleaned up upon completion. I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!
