I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I have had many injuries throughout my life that all required physiotherapy, and this is the only clinic I have been to that demonstrated a true "team" approach to my recovery - every individual who worked with me was excellent.
