This is one of my top favourites in Victoria. There is always something fun and delicious on the menu. The fish tacos are amazing. I like that most of the food is locally produced. Great ambiance and friendly staff.

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

Brian Wilson of Wade Roberts Plumbing came out to our home to help us figure out plumbing for a new downstairs bathroom. We are confident in the advice he provided and very pleased that he identified a pulmbing problem in our house that needed to be fixed. He is clearly very knowledgeable and customer service focused. I use this store and the one in Langford as my go-to home repair and maintenance store. I actually dont always know exactly what Im looking for but most of the staff can figure out what would be helpful in my situation. Its not a drive through, get in get out in ten minutes - kinda store, but I dont know a hardware store that is. I refuse to use the automated checkouts though. Maybe thats why less staff. Bring back more staff. Great place!

I noticed the woofer walkers are in today's Richmond newspaper talking about the new gps technology they now using to walk dogs and this is the company I been using for about two and a half years now. it's time I wrote them a great review too. my wife and I work full time. we hired them because our dog Eddy was barking while we are at work. we hired them to take eddy out. It worked and no more complaints from our neighbours anymore. We are most satisfied and happy to recommend them to others.

We received outstanding service today from Tyler. He has the know-how, integrity and did a quality job. He returned my call same day ( while another business didn't even call me back), arrived when he said he would, charged what he quoted ( which was a very fair price). He check in before he left to make sure we were happy with the job and said to contact him if we had any concerns. He cleaned up before he left even offering to blow the soil off the lawn. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
