Gavin and Tom are great guys. Super hard working and funny. The tree I had taken down was in a tricky spot. My aboveground pool, my neighbours aboveground pool, and two fences surrounded the tree. Very little room to move around let alone take down a whole tree without damaging anything. Gavin was so calm and cool about the whole thing and put me at ease. He was able to take down the tree with precision. He calculated every cut and rigged all branches that would land in a pool or on a fence.

These guys are truly amazing and they saved my day! I couldnt build a shed on the original spot after talking to the cement guys; the new spot required me to cut down a big branch of an old tree as it was completely in the way of the shed. I already arranged a shed building company to build the shed in a few days. I called almost a dozen arborists on Sunday afternoon, nobody answered their phones except Total Tree Care. They came in next morning to finish the job at a very reasonable rate.

We have used Bewick in the past and they do an excellent job and leave the site clean. We have used other tree services but Bewick is the best.

They call back promptly and came to cut down a huge pine tree in our yard and a few other big ones on our property line when we were getting a fence installed . They did a terrific job cleaned up. Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first.
