Dan the Wood Man and his crew are Amazing!!! They arrived right on time and got straight to work. We called them in to do a rather large job which involved clearing over 15 trees. 4 of the trees were very large. Dan and his crew were very friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything and took away anything we didn’t want to keep. I’ve never seen a crew work so quickly and so well together. My visit to Fern Forest Gardens last summer was absolutely fabulous. From their breathtaking grounds, to array of high quality plants.. I wish I found this local spot sooner! Not to mention, Karen and Tom were so lovely to deal with; Karen's passion beams through this spectatular place. The annuals I bought here were THE BEST I have ever gotten..So lush, and never seemed to stop growing. Karen even gave me lots of great info regarding my favourite, Petunias. Called them on a Wednesday, Bryan came to look at the job that evening and then they came on Thursday and cut the tree down, trimmed the other one and cleaned up everything. They are totally awesome. He was able to reassure us about the health of some of our favorites as well. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. Throughout the entire project, there was not one instance where I felt concern for the safety of my outbuildings, fences, cars, or their employees. I always question who writes these reviews but as a regular of this establishment and a Proven HARD FACT "Foodie"!! I can say this joint serves the BEST wings in Muskoka (ask for the Dirty Greeks) and the servers are to say it plainly "friendly" and always go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable.
