I rented an auger to drill holes for a swingset, but my yard is very rocky, the throttle became loose, the owner can’t and looked and explained what happened. He also came and picked it up for me, he explained was a 5 minute fix and didn’t charge extra. Was very pleasant and understanding. Very good customer service. Will go back if need any other equipment. Good job!

Pleasure to do business with. As much as I hated having to rent a Crane to do one job I must say they made the whole process flawless and the crane operator was personable and professional. Great overall experience.

The people at this u haul are excellent, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is the "traffic" (people who arrange where the vehicles are). I've been told to have a vehicle and "traffic" messed it up.
