Everyone was very nice and informed on what to do! I went there for my grad dress and the woman who helped me (Smaller blonde girl with glasses) was very friendly and invested in listening to me when I spoke! Everyone was very sweet about the dress and everything, and the woman who helped me found a dress I ended up buying for grad!! Would recommend this place no doubt.

The absolute best imported laces and designer fabrics in Canada here! Great range of fabrics including polys,cottons and great wools from Europe.
The customers service is extraordinary,they will go out of heir way to help you pick the right fabrics for your garment. They have a great list of seamstresses for those that need a custom garment made.
Truly a wonderful experience!!! Ask for Ingrid the owner for that personal touch,extremely experienced and knowledgeable about her stock!

I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit ! On a side note the store has all new staff and they are a 10 out of 10 great management and friendly staff. Thanks very much!

First of all, I had the pleasure of being helped by Annie to find the perfect dress for my party and she worked with me for over 2 hours and gave me her honest input until we found the one. Secondly, this shop has a fantastic selection and I was able to find a lot of dresses in my price range. Very affordable and good quality.

Had a great experience at ethos! Thank you to Rhonda for her patience and help in making sure I found the perfect dress! She was very helpful and not pushy at all! Very genuine and honest in her thoughts and opinions which I very much appreciated! Tam did a beautiful job altering my wedding dress.
My dress needed a ton of work including hemming and taking in. I knew it was not going to be an easy task considering the amount of detail on the dress but she did it all in just 4 weeks!! I would absolutely recommend Tam to anyone!!

The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.

This place is amazing! Not only does this shop have a variety of well-made, high quality dresses ranging from prom to grad to wedding dresses, but it also has amazing service as well! Marisza is incredible. I came to her in tears because I had a terrible time at another shop. And she is a literal angel. She helped me design a custom dress. And it ended up being even more gorgeous than I thought it would be. It's Stunning! She made the entire process so easy. Plus she's also one of the nicest people I have ever met. My Daughter was looking for a Grad dress, and this was our first stop. They were so friendly, and helpful, the store is beautiful, and very clean. She tried on a dress, went to another store, and ended up coming back to Rococo for the very first dress she tried on. It is beautiful, great quality, and good prices. Thank you Rococo, for helping my daughter find her perfect Grad dress!! I will definitely be back in 2 years with my next daughter.

My wife and I rented the tuxedo's for our wedding from this location - they let us try things on and experiement with different colors. They helped us put together the order for our very large Bridal Party that were all over the country and assured us that they could all go and get measured in other locations or an offliated store. This is one of the major reasons we picked them. They have so many locations and a large warehouse - so you can almost guarentee that they will have the sizes and styles you want almost all the time. Everything came in about 6 days early - there was only one small issue with the ring bearers pants being too short - they fixed the issue right away and everything worked out. I have recommended a lot of other friends of ours to go there - however I have heard not great things about the customer service at the North Store - so I would recommend making the trip to this one.
