Okay, we were completely and thoroughly amazed by the customer service, the friendly staff and the immpecable rooms and grounds. Not only was this place a wee bit more expensive than perhaps the other hotels in Salmon Arm, but hands down, it was worth every penny and I would stay ONLY here when I come now in the Summer. Seriously, whoever designed this place should get an award. The grounds and pools are the kind you find in a 5 star resort in the Mayan Riveriera...go here, you will not regret it. Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring. Cant thank them enough for helping me so that I could make the wedding! God Bless Lire plus
