This is a great place to bring your pet if you’re wanting kind and knowledgeable staff! Selita in particular is very kind and genuinely cares for every animal that comes in, no matter what they’re in for. It’s nice to deal with such kind staff who put your pet’s needs ahead of everything else. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet!

Dr Flanigan is the most experienced vet I ever see in the last 30 years , I would never choose no one else for my dogs and cats . Her amazing job and care for the animals is more than perfect. Love her and I hope she continues her journey for ever . ?

I can't thank these people enough. There were no vet places open Saturday morning around 3:00am. We tried Hamilton (Were I'm from) no patients being taken.We then drove to Burlington and the same thing. The only service available was this one who told us they could see my dog. By the time we reached there my dog had passed away. They tried the best they could, but I know my dog was in pain and he died in my arms. These people working here are very considerate,polite and honest. Thank you

Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great. We got our dog back about 4 hours later and they gave us a manual explaining what to expect and what to do. Great service.

We've used BAH for over 15 years - they've taken care of our Feline Babies so overwhelmingly, Doctors are so wonderful and compasionate, they make you feel at ease and they are GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO! I want to thank them for all their service and would highly recommend them for any Pet Owner.

My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. Any time I have called with an issue, they are happy to assist. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Dr. Gold vas very professional when he spoke with me and helped me to understand what happened to our 13 year old rose crown Conure (Small Parrot) He prescribed eye drops and after using them on baby bird my wife and I saw a huge difference in just two days. He’s an excellent Veterinarian I highly recommend him to anyone with a pet that needs medical attention.

I am very happy with how this clinic handles my dog with behaviours. My dog is aggressive and needs to be muzzled. Visits are scheduled to accommodate him and the veterinarians and staff tend to him professionally; with care and kindness. He just had his teeth surgically cleaned. The cost was more than reasonable. Again, he was admitted to accommodate his aggression; a time I could be there when sedated. His teeth are super clean and white and he came home awake, not groggy. Thank you!

When our elderly cat had urination problems he gave us more information than any other vet ever had and helped us say goodbye at home. WE have used Mountanview Animal Hospital for both our dogs. They have been terrific in all respects. The staff are welcoming and great with the pets. The Vets are caring, knowledgeable and excellent. I could not imagine taking our dog anywhere else, and highly recommend Dr Ewing and her team to anyone.

We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them. Genuinely such a good doctor! Very fair prices, we’ve taken both our kitten and dog to Dr. S and both operations were seamless. Our dog had two eye malfunctions and required a biopsy. However, the recovery was smooth and we can’t believe the shape he’s in now! It was a risky surgery but we couldn’t have chosen a better vet.Sincerely the best Vet I’ve ever gone to.
