The patient care provided by Breakthrough is specific to my 8 year old daughter's needs, and not one size fits all. She has autism and ADHD, speech delays, and cognitive delays. The neurofeedback program designed by Dr. Oh and the clinical counselling provided by Caterina, RCC, have helped my daughter improve in awareness and attention to others. We appreciate all the thought and effort from Breakthrough! :)

Absolutely a pleasure dealing with Gary and the staff at Hare Motors. The weather has been horrible and I was exhausted searching for vehicles under 10K ( been to a few dealerships throughout the lower mainland) I was referred by a friend to go check out Hare Motors in Surrey. Glad I did , Bought a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu for $300 a month. We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

I was referred to Image Optometry from a local Ophthalmologist, the last time I got new glasses I went to one of these optical shops that do sight testing, it was horrible! Image Optometry provided me the most in depth eye exam the doctor was awesome, and even with a beautiful new pair of glasses, I was only charged $89.95 TOTAL!!! No taxes or anything, that was less than 1/4 of the sight testing guys that didn't even know what they were doing - I did some research, these guys don't even need any credentials! Go see a real doctor, go to Image!

The staff were very helpful and informative, which was great as it was my first eye appointment. They took the time to help me pick out a great pair of glasses and answered all my questions. I was there on a Saturday and got a call my glasses were ready the following Friday.

I don't think she's their main pharmacist but they have a blonde woman who is excellent in explaining drug interactions and really knows her stuff. Drugs are dispensed in reasonable time, essentially no problems.

Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

I was there this afternoon for my routine eye exam and love the new look and new prices. The staff were all bubbly and genuinely happy. I made the mistake of going to Lenscrafters in the mall last year, those glasses cost me literally 3X what the same Pradas cost me today!

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
