I have had two instances where I have had to ask for help with flat tires in the past year. Once at Christmas and now just yesterday. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful. We hired Coastal Pest Management when we thought we had rats; we have a dog and a cat and were concerned for their safety; we were able to get our first appointment was the next day; we had two weekly follow-ups. The problem was fixed quickly and in a way so our pets were not in danger. We would certainly recommend Coastal Pest Management for quick and friendly service at fair price.

This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.

This cafe is cozy, strictly gluten-free and full of flavour and selection.They have a variety of products making easier to follow my restrictions.Not to mention that they also have sugar - free, dairy free and vegan options. Their pot pies and Lemon Loafs are to die for.

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.
