I would recommend that your service technician come out and actually speak to the customer when the job is finished! I had questions that weren’t answered and your front service lady did not offer to help me resolve it either! She answered with a I don’t know ? So I would have liked to have talked to the technician regarding my question.

Exceptional staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at West Grande Prairie Dental. The front end staff are extremely helpful and good with explaining procedures/ helping book appointments in a pinch (especially Ataya). The dentists/hygienists/assistants are professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I would like to say Thank You to Nathan for visiting my home and checking what i thought might a moisture issue in my basement.I called Peace Building Inspections to come and have a look. Nathan answered the call and was here only a couple days later. Although thinking i was crazy and maybe over protective he checked ever corner and filled me knowledge with respects to basements and moisture. Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you!

I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse. They have the best selection of any place that I have gone and they always try to bring what they can as often as they can. No regrets going here.

I started my morning at the buttcrack of dawn with a missed flight and locking my keys (as well as my wallet) in my car. It was definitely a crummy start to Easter Sunday. After trying to use a coathanger and a few choice words I threw in the towel and decided to call for help. I figured it was a holiday and a Sunday so I'd be waiting awhile. Had a Lennox furnace installed Sept 2016 through Costco. Everything went excellent all the way around, Tina, Greg, Liam, Jon, Austin all did an excellent job and were great to deal with. I made a ton of calls to them they were all prompty or soon afterward answered, very friendly knowledgable people, more than satisfied for sure.
