I brought my two cats here while we had to be away for a couple of weeks. They were very helpful at explaining their process and resources so I felt very comfortable leaving them there. Naiad’s technicians, Josaphat and John, did an amazing job replacing the original popup sprinkler system controller and installing a new wireless Wi-Fi sprinkler control panel in a more ideal location in our garage. They also inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs, and turned it on for the season, so we didn’t have to book another appointment. My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin.
