My SUV back window was vandalized and severely cracked. The wind over the weekend had blown most of the glass into my vehicle. A very relaxed felling during the complete process There are no screaming noises coming from behind closed doors, unlike some dentist offices which make you think there is some kind medieval torture chamber somewhere in the back, Her prices are great, she is very knowledgeable in her field.
