Called in a pinch with HuGe stuff going on.....the company called as promised and came as promised. Hayden was an amazing competent Roto-rooter. He knew right away what to do to access the paper towel clog..,20 feet down the line . I deeply appreciated his kind manner, straight to the task and very very professional. I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime!
