I had a great experience here. Plenty of variety in terms of colors and styles so it was easy to find what I wanted quickly. Staff was also great, very accommodating and understanding to what I was looking for. I recommend checking them out!

Staff at the rental desk are knowledgeable and courteous. We rent items at various times throughout the year and we can count on the products, the orders are complete, and the warehouse staff are helpful. They offer a consistent and reliable service. We definitely recommend.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Good hotel for a short stay, with or without the family. Depending on what you are looking for in a hotel.
I have only stayed in a room here, not a suite, so I cannot speak for a suitable length of stay for someone in a suite.

We went there looking for suits for our oathtaking and we were helped by Nav at 1600 Ness ave. who was very patient as we dont specifically know what we want.He patiently showed us choices as we changed our minds a few times until we made our pick.He gave us pointers on the choices we made ,what would go along with it,what other occassions we could wear the clothes,and even how to do the tie but the tie was too complicated ahahay so we just asked him to ready it so hubby just have to put it on.

We spent a fair amount of time shopping around for a new hot tub and eventually decided to purchase from LCL. All of our encounters with any of their staff have always shown them to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with us as we raised various questions and concerns. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and well taken care of. Supreme service and extremely satisfied.
