The The Shop was incredible to work with! I had outstanding customer service from everyone I spoke with. The showroom had beautiful samples to pick from and they were able to accomodate my timeline. I also received my quote on the same day as requested and had follow up within a few business days. I love the finished product and am beyond happy with my choice. Thank you to The Top Shop. We had a basement flood in January as did many others the same weekend. Insurance recommended Lubnow Restoration and they were wonderful. Niko took care of virtually everything on the project and we did not miss a day of work meeting with contractors or trades. We were kept up to date with everything happening and the timelines for product ordering to replace carpets etc. My basement is beautiful again. I was thrilled with the service.

All staff are terrific in many ways, Polite helpful, answers all questions, make you feel at ease..relax friendly, caring pleasant atmosphere, hardly any wait time, Follow up with client after some dental services. Overall highly recommend for anyone from kids to seniors.. amazing.. 10 out of 10.
