Matthew and Drake provided my wife and I excellent service last month. We bought a fire pit and it wouldn’t fit in our car. They took the time to unload it from the box and loaded it into our car. The store had just closed and they took the time to ensure we were taken care of and weren’t in a hurry to go home because their shift was almost over.

Ultimate Auto is top notch! They are honest helpful and use the best quality parts. I had some major front end work that needed to be done, other place quoted $300 more and that they’d need car for 2 or 3 days and Ultimate asked me to bring it in for 7:00 am and by 2:30 the job was complete. Best local repair shop anywhere! They know their stuff and don’t try to upsell you. My whole family uses them!

I'm on a tight budget and they gave me a great deal there staff are very personable and do there job right and on time...they quoted me with a price go fix my fuel pump and they stuck to it and even had it done early... do if your on a budget and want a bang for your buck I recommend them!!! grabbed some recommended windshield wipers and the sales guy young man put them on for me too as I said it might be tricky for me. It was a simple but tricky installation that would have taken a bit of effort and doing. Thank you. Also, the visit before a woman (manager I think)recommended perfect light bulbs for my car and needs.......decent price too....everything has been very good.
