I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

I really want to recommend Jim White auto service as a very fair place to get your car repairs and sevice done. It is widely known that many service stations take advantage of women and up their prices, NOT SO JIM WHITE.If he sees, on inspection that your car doesn't need repairs, he doesn't charge for the check up. They are on Gartshore Fergus, and have a very spacious facility and parking lot. Very polite and friendly staff too..

This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. Final bill - under $100 for everything

Incredible customer service. I was on a long road trip with my family when a tire went flat. It was not repairable. They got me back on the road with a new tire within a short amount of time for a great price. So thankful for them and the kindness they showed my family.

They keep a spotless shop and waiting area. All staff that I met were friendly and professional. You will not feel intimidated at all.

Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.
