The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I have been driving a car for over 55 years. I had many used and new cars. When I found Mountainside Auto Teck I was very impressed with the service and the information they give you for what is wrong with your car. I have been with them for 7 years and will never change. For decades, I have taken my cars to Laird Auto because I have found the long-term co-owners/mechanic to be knowledgeable, sincere and reputable. My 4-star rating is comparable to a 5-star rating by others because I don't think anything like this can be perfect.

I went to 9 different shops and all could not take me in. Now I have a 1966 Mercury and it's my baby. It's always in my line of sight. I wanted to stay with my car, but Mario put me at ease and looked after it like it was his. He had to change the passenger rear axle bearing and u joints. Surprisingly the shop is well equipped and Mario knows his craft. He not only fixed my baby I was impressed at the fact that he knew exactly to do, I left my car in great hands! Thank you Mario!!!!

Left my car here for around 2 weeks. I wanted to fix up all my dings and scratches so they offered to do a full body paint job on my new mercedes. My car went through a lot and i had a lot of high way driving. lots of stone chips and dents all over my car and my car was only 1 1/2 years old. Jonny is a great guy he offered me a good price to repair it all and said he would make it showroom again. great job was done and a lot of quality was put into work! my car looks newer than new!
