I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW. To be honest with you this is the best place I have been so far and they never disappoint they meet all requirements and needs. They made my car look super brand new I was just in shocked . I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.
