CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. You won't find a flashy waiting room, just honest work at a fair price and good employees comfortable in their work environment. And yes, my '06 Civic is still running well.

You know, never mind the glitter and gold you see around garages big and small, this station won't stick you, and even may give you some freebies and show your visually first hand your problems. You are treated respectfully as a customer should. Couldn't find a better "order out of chaos" manager/mechanic. Had two vans done there and rode away like I was driving a Cadillac. Sometimes it's hard to pin down a problem, but they don't quit and may lessen the bill if warranted.They know their stuff.
