Front and back tires repaired in two hours.... the girl at the front desk was very nice...Rob the owner was nice seemed very honest...I knew what I was paying before the job was done...no surprises... Happy to get the job done...quickly efficiently...so I could enjoy the day... The other service station told me to come back at 2 no quote...I was home just after 12 by going to Master Mechanic...

As first time RVers we were not sure what we could tow behind our 2016 Dodge Caravan. Being young seniors we were so impressed with the R-Pod 190 we bought it on the spot.The sales service was fantastic and had us ready to roll by July 2018.They blinged out our Van with a trailer hitch and power brakes for trailer and electrical hookup.They made sure we understood everything before we left their yard. We went camping every weekend until October. We are so happy to deal with MsPhils..

Excellent work, and surprisingly(delightfully) large number of fabric choices. My cats are the reason I needed the couch recovered in the first place. Hopefully the new heavy plastic cover will deter their seeing the arm as a scratching post. Very happy with my new improved seating!

Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. Willy has installed a new submersible water pump for us, plumbed a new hot water tank and fixed and replaced leaking pipes. He is a real knowledgeable guy. Wow! I was just looking up the new store hours since the Covid 19 and couldn believe the bad reviews. I stop in and pick up things 2-3 times a week at this store and have never had a problem. The staff have been nothing but helpfulness and friendly. They never seem to mind if I ask for help finding something. They stop what they are doing and give me their undivided attention. As I work nights the store hours suit my schedule and I see a lot of different staff. Never a problem with my bill

Went there for lunch today ,Tuesday Sept 11th ,on entering the restaurant immediately noticed how exceptionally clean and tidy it was ,at the time it was easy to get a table as it had just gone 12 in an hour people were waiting for a table it was busy .we had the buffet it was one of the best Ive had in ages food was hot and plentiful and delicious from the first bite to the last .it is worth the drive from Owen sound

Excellent service in Owen Sound.....staff always ready to help or find someone who can help me. I love MY Metro, the brightness and cleanliness of the store and closeness to my home is an added bonus. Prices do not always suit my budget but quality always surpasses my expectations. Wait times are generally acceptable for some one like me with an impatience problem. I am seventy one years old and remember shopping the Owen Sound A & P with my mother as a young girl. It is our favorite store.

I have been going to Hilltop Dentistry for over 3 years; Katrin, who is one of Hilltop's Dental Hygienists, has been my hygienist from when I started going to Hilltop. She is friendly, always coming out to meet me and personally take me into her area,. Katrin does such an amazing job on cleaning my teeth. Should I have any concerns about my teeth, Katrin has always passed on to my Dentist, who has come in to see me while I am there, never getting me to set up another appointment to see them.

Recently returned from your New Years tour to Branson Mo.and my wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly in spite of the cold weather.We live in Kleinburg and our shuttle pick up is at the Bolton Fairgrounds which can be quite remote when returning on a cold winter's night.Would it be feasible to change the pick up/drop off location to the Hampton Inn and Suites further south on Highway 50 in Bolton?My thinking is that the venue there would provide protection from inclement weather if any delays happen.

As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.
