Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. I ran out of fuel 15 km from Norm's Stop & Go Gas Bar. I called for assistance and in 15 minutes Andrew was there in his own vehicle with enough fuel to get me to their location. I filled up and attempted to leave the change ($25-$30) as appreciation for this above and beyond the call customer service. Despite my protestations, Andrew refused to take the money, asking only that i keep him in mind when thinking about gas in the future. I most certainly will! Thank you again! Ron

I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE IN A SECOND.They HAVE ALWAYS gone out of their way , TO GIVE THE BEST & FRIENDLIEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.(I've been there 3 times now.) Their rates appear to be MORE THAN REASONABLE , for the work being performed. I WOULDN'T GO ANY PLACE ELSE.

Purchased a wireless charger back in January. It quit working about 3 weeks after I bought it. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with. Will continue going here for all my Telus needs.

I am blown away by the service and low prices offered at this storage unit. It’s a huge fraction of the cost of similar units I looked at in Calgary. Also the owners are very friendly,helpful, and go above and Beyound. I have used several storage units in the past but I’ve never had an experience this good.

Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids. She even made the experience fun for them! I was totally impressed. We are transferring all our accounts to this branch. Can't speak highly enough of them.
