My parents were looking for the perfect home, and when we visited the Williamsburg, we knew we found it. The building was well maintained and we were looked after the entire time by staff. A client of mine was looking for a retirement home but isnt good with the internet so I took on the task of searching and setting up appointments for her. I have to tell you when I called to inquire about Retirement By The Lake I asked to speak to the manager. I was politely told that she is on holidays. I left a message and to my surprise she called back within 15 minutes! She was so helpful and very kind. My client hasn't made a move yet, but she knows where shes going! Lire plus
