CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

I have gone to Anderson’s for over 35 years with all my cats and would not think of ever changing. Dr. Ron Worb ( we call him Uncle Ron ) is my cats doctor and have total faith in him.
The staff is so caring, compassionate, professional and courteous.

The pharmacist is very polite, professional and accommodating. They pick up your prescriptions twice daily....which is very important to us as we don't own a vehicle right now. they are patient with their patients. Which I think is very important also. I give them a five star rating for customer service, professionalism, and being a pharmacy of the people!!!

I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location.
