I contacted a few door companies to change my side-door. It required a customized order as the size was not standard (typical East York house). I did not get responses from any of the other companies. Maybe my order was probably too small for them. Allam at Newcastle was very quick to response and very easy to deal with. Ide like to say i was very impressed with Andrew, Austin, Shawn, Tyson and the rest of the team. We hired Ward Group to underpin our basement. We went from having a 5ft 10" basement height, to a 9ft finished ceiling height. What a difference this has made, we now can use our basement as a livable space and couldn't be happier.
