Walked into their showroom for the first time with measurements for 3 windows in our master bedroom and two weeks later picked up the perfect sheers, which totally transformed the room!!! We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

Very professional service from Blinds To Go. Their phone rep and technical support in the quote, installation and the quality of the new blinds in my apartment were above par. Even when my credit card was mistakenly debited an unseen charge I called technical support there and they immediately credited my credit card charged in error. Kudos to all at Blinds To Go.
