I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.

A heartfelt thank you to David for the EXCELLENT care and attention he gave to our Honda Goldwing on Friday September 8th
when we were towed in from the ferry. David knew exactly what to do without incurring huge costs to us for drilling the lock and replacing it. Pablo was able to repair my damage within 10 days. Pablo was 100% committed to do my repair when he came so it was helpful that we did our homework first and realized the value of Pablo's on premises quote. Advice to others: and get used to the idea that this type of repair will cost more than you think.

Being a woman it’s been difficult to find honest mechanics. I had a leak prob with my Jeep. I went and bought sticky tape and he spent hours cutting out each individual seal. I cannot recommend this shop more. Saved me lots of money! His time, care, and attention meant so much. Very grateful to have found Doug. He is now my “go to” mechanic. Others have said “all” jeeps leak!...not no more!
