Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly. Polite, cooperative and technically proficient staff. Fitted me in over the lunch hour after I was at Main-SWmarine for a routine service. Penny replaced a hit&run damaged multifunction Lincoln drivers side rear view mirror and all features including auto heating, near 180degree adjustment in all directions from inside the car, blindspot alert etc work perfectly.
