All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.

Jag's special sauce on the burger was very good. Poutine although not authentic cheese curds it was delicious especially as they layer the gravy and cheese. It is worth stopping in for sure.

I called JAMS to service an 18 month old (just out of warranty) dishwasher. Mark, the technician, found the unit was damaged and had been dropped proper to delivery and installation. He took pictures and contacted GE who agreed to replace the unit no charge. Mark did not charge for the service call and we have called him back to install the new u it. Great service.
