Extremely efficient service. Both bikes serviced within 24 hours - wow! We were told by another store the shifter could not be fixed on our older bike (old but expensive back in the day) therefore the bike was junk. Outspoken replaced what was needed and the bike is working great again. Thanks and we will definitely be back without hesitation.

As a driver who knows little about her car, I'm always anxious to do repairs because I'm never sure if I'm being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. I was very impressed with the service I received when I called and when I went to get the part I required, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The young man who brought the part out was very friendly and helpful, even made sure the part was right for my vehicle.
Pricing was the best around.
I would recommend them to anyone and will contimue to shop there for any future needs.
